PHYSICALS

Please note: insurance companies will not cover physicals or preventive care through an urgent care center. Thus, we strongly encourage all patients to call their primary care providers (PCP) first, before scheduling the following physical exams (we do not perform general or wellness physical exams). If your PCP is unavailable, we are happy to provide this service for a fee. The price of the physical includes a routine checkup but does not include any procedures, lab tests, vaccinations, etc. If appropriate, the provider will complete physical forms free of charge. If you have any acute complaints during the visit, additional charges may apply.
